This project involved a full deck restoration and upgrade, and it also included several transitional steps to improve both structure and appearance. First, the old wood decking, railing, and stairs were removed due to visible wear, discoloration, and structural fatigue. Then, new framing components were added where necessary to reinforce stability. After that, composite deck boards and updated railings were installed, offering a cleaner and more durable surface. Additionally, the stairs were rebuilt with new treads and risers for improved safety. Finally, the deck surface was thoroughly cleaned with a pressure-washing system to remove debris and prepare the boards for long-term use.
