This project involved the installation of a suspended grid system to cover exposed pipes and joists in a residential basement. Initially, the space featured an open, unfinished ceiling structure that left the mechanical components completely visible. To address this, a standard drop ceiling Spencer MA framework was carefully leveled and secured across the entire area. Subsequently, white acoustic tiles were fitted into the grid to create a uniform surface. Additionally, recessed lighting was integrated throughout the new ceiling to ensure consistent and practical illumination. Ultimately, the installation provided a clean, enclosed finish while maintaining necessary access to the utilities above.
