This project, located in Marlborough, MA, focused on a comprehensive interior painting and refinishing effort to modernize the home’s primary living transitions and entryway. Initially, the process began with the removal of dated carpeting from the staircase to prepare the original wood for a full restoration. Additionally, a new handrail was installed and the balusters were updated to enhance both the structural safety and the contemporary aesthetic of the space. Furthermore, the surrounding rooms underwent professional interior painting and refinishing, replacing the old color palette with clean, neutral tones. Consequently, the combination of the newly refinished hardwood treads and the updated woodwork successfully revitalized the entire interior flow of the residence.
